You can change or cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. 

Please reach out to [email protected] ASAP to request the change / cancel. Provide us with your order number, or the email address associated with the order.

Please try to reach out within the first 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Most of the orders are fulfilled right away so they are delivered as soon as possible. Any orders assigned with a tracking number are already final and can no longer be edited, rerouted to a different address, or canceled. Some couriers offer the option to change the delivery time / place.
