How can I make my coins fall smoother?Updated a month ago

New coins require some wear to become smoother. With continued use and play, the coins will naturally become smoother, and the issue will usually resolve itself. We suggest enjoying the machine and giving it time for the coins to fall more easily.

For a quicker solution, you can use a silicone lubricant spray, such as WD-40. Apply a small amount to three coins and place one in each coin slot. This will leave a thin layer of lubricant on the plexiglass, helping the coins slide more smoothly. After inserting the three coins, remove them from the machine and wipe off any remaining lubricant.

While you can also spray a bit of lubricant directly into the coin chutes, this may leave more lubricant than necessary. Please note, we are not sponsored by this product; this recommendation is based on our personal experience.😅

If you need further assistance, please contact us via email and include a photo along with a short video showing the issue. Photos help us see the outcome, while videos allow us to observe the machine's operation and identify the cause of the problem. This forms an important part of our troubleshooting process and helps us provide the most accurate solution as quickly as possible.
