If your product arrived in good condition but does not meet your expectations, for example, regarding its size, color, or other aspects unrelated to shipping damage or defects, we can allow returns through our Change-of-Mind Return policy. We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day you receive your order, provided the machine has not been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund the product price along with the original shipping costs.

If you wish to return the machine due to a change of mind, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance. If the machine is still in its original packaging, please take a photo of the unopened box. If it has been opened, please take a photo of the machine, ensuring it is in excellent condition. We would greatly appreciate it if the plastic covers are still intact.
