Once your order is placed, it will be processed and fulfilled at our warehouse before being shipped out.

Fulfilment time:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We operate from two warehouses:

• Buford, GA – for customers in the United States

• The Netherlands – for customers in Europe

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–5 business days

• European Union: 2–5 business days (depending on the country)

• Non-EU European countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland): approximately 1 week or more

Please note that we currently do not ship to smaller islands within these regions.
