The delivery is usually within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) but can be a bit longer sometimes when the courier is experiencing a delay.
- Double-check the address and tracking info: Check your address in our order confirmation email. Verify the tracking information to see the expected delivery date. ensure the package was indeed marked as delivered to the correct address and not left with a neighbor or at a nearby pick-up location.
- Wait a bit longer: In some cases, delivery statuses may update prematurely, and the package arrives shortly after. Give it a day or two to see if the situation resolves itself.
- Tracking shows 'delivered': See if the tracking shows a note about the place of delivery, a photo or an address of a pick-up location. Check with the other members of the household or your workplace if they have received your order and kept it for safety. Sometimes packages can be delivered to a neighboring address when you are not home. Ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
